2. Payment and Refund Policy
- The total cost of the course is payable in advance.
- A full refund is available for Gold and Silver students if cancellation occurs before 14 days of the first lesson.
- There is no refund for Bronze students.
- If cancellation occurs after 14 days of the start date, a 50% refund of remaining lessons will be provided at a rate of £40 per lesson for Gold and £20 per lesson for Silver.
- After the course has been running for 10 days, no refunds will be issued.
- Example #1: I bought the Gold tier for £320 and cancelled more than 14 days before the course start date. I will receive a full refund of £320.
- Example #2: I bought the Silver tier for £160 and cancelled fewer than 14 days before the course start date. I am entitled to a 50% refund of the unused lessons. All 8 lessons remain, charged at £20 per lesson = £160, so my refund is £80.
- Example #3: I bought the Gold tier and attended the first 3 lessons, then cancelled within the first 10 days of the course. I am entitled to a 50% refund of the remaining 5 lessons. 5 remaining lessons × £40 = £200, so my refund is £100.
- Example #4: I bought the Gold tier and cancelled after the course had been running for more than 10 days. I will not receive a refund.
- All payments must be made in advance; students who have not completed payment will not have access to lessons or materials.
